TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Eligibility & Parental Consent

Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to play. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

Minors: If you are under 16 (in the EEA or Vietnam), you must have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. Users under 18 must obtain explicit permission from a legal guardian before making any in-app purchases or financial transactions.

2. User Accounts & Security

Account Creation: To save progress, you must register via authorized third-party providers (Apple, Google, Facebook). You agree to provide accurate information.

Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that attempt to hack, cheat, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the AI logic to gain unfair advantages or disrupt the Service.

3. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency

Nature of Items: Tokens (e.g., Coins, Keys, Hearts) are service credits used to unlock story chapters and AI interactions. They are not private property, have no real-world cash value, and are non-transferable.

No Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are processed exclusively through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store according to their respective billing policies. We do not provide direct refunds.

Expiration: Virtual items may be lost without compensation if your account is deleted for violations or if the Service is permanently discontinued.

4. AI-Powered Gameplay & Content

Dynamic Responses: Riddix uses AI to generate real-time dialogue and scenarios. You acknowledge that AI responses may occasionally be unpredictable, inaccurate, or inconsistent with the main plot.

Entertainment Only: All AI-generated dialogue and "clues" are for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute real-world professional, legal, or medical advice.

Prohibited Interaction: You are strictly prohibited from attempting to "jailbreak" the AI or intentionally prompting NPCs (Non-Player Characters) to generate illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content. Violation will result in immediate account ban.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content (UGC)

Game Ownership: TANAB TECHNOLOGIES owns all rights, title, and interest in the game’s title, code, artwork, characters, and original storylines.

UGC License: Any dialogue or story paths created through your interaction with the AI are considered User-Generated Content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, and analyze these interactions to improve the game's AI logic.

Usage Restrictions: You may share screenshots or videos of your encounters for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may NOT use AI-generated scripts from the game to create independent commercial products (e.g., books, standalone apps) without our express written consent.

6. User Conduct & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TANAB TECHNOLOGIES harmless from any legal claims, damages, or penalties arising from your misuse of the game's AI features to create, store, or spread harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TANAB TECHNOLOGIES is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or emotional distress resulting from AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

8. Discontinuation of Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or stop providing the game (or specific features) at any time. In the event of permanent closure, we will provide a 30-day notice via in-app notification or our official website.
