Features
Built for the habit, not the streak.
Every feature in AI Accountability Coach exists to keep one honest habit alive through the messy weeks — the slips, the missed days, the smaller version you managed.

Every feature
What the app actually does.
Nine pieces — each one earning its place in the loop between setting a habit, checking in, and recovering when life gets in the way.
- 01Setup
Measurable habit setup
The app turns a vague intention into something you can answer today: how much, how often, or what counts as staying within your limit. Build habits get a goal to reach; break habits get a cap or boundary to stay within.
- 02Context
Why-it-matters context
During setup, you name why the habit matters to you. The coach keeps that reason attached to the habit, so later check-ins can come back to the real life behind the goal instead of treating it like a bare checkbox.
- 03Conversation
Chat-first check-ins
Checking in is a conversation, not a checkbox. You tell the coach how it went; it replies, asks what's actually useful, and helps you decide the next step. The whole history of a habit reads like a thread you can scroll back through.
- 04Logging
Plain-language logging
Write the way you'd text a friend — “skipped it, too tired,” “did 20 minutes, felt good,” “almost slipped, didn't.” The coach understands it; there are no forms or menus. Logging takes seconds, which is the only reason it actually happens.
- 05Recovery
Missed-day recovery
There's no streak to break and no penalty for a gap. When you miss, the coach treats it as information — what got in the way? — and offers a smaller, lower-effort version for days like that, so the habit survives instead of collapsing.
- 06Reflection
Weekly reviews
On Plus and Pro, the coach can pull together what happened across the week: what held, what slipped, what set the slips off, and one small adjustment worth trying. A short, honest read of the week — not a guilt trip, not a vanity dashboard.
- 07Memory
Persistent context
The coach remembers your situation — your reasons, your patterns, the fallbacks you've agreed on — inside your plan's memory window. Free remembers 7 days; paid plans extend that window.
- 08Scope
Multiple habits
Start with one active habit on Free. Plus supports up to 3 habits, and Pro supports unlimited habits and coaches, each in its own thread so they don't blur together.
- 09Nudges
Gentle reminders
Optional nudges at the times that fit your day — to check in, or just before the moment a habit usually slips. They're easy to tune and easy to switch off. The app shouldn't nag.
